I plan ahead every week, I have to with my schedule i literally have 1 day to plan lunch & dinner for the week, it is frustrating since sometime i want a day to relax, but no my relax day is an "all day cooking day" but after all said and done my meals are cooked for the week this way I know that I do not have to run…

I have not had cysts but did have large fibroids, and within the last year & 1/2 had 3 surgeries, in that time I gained my weight this is one of the reasons i am doing this now to lose the weight I gained...feel free to add me! Good Luck!

I do believe when you have a goal like your wedding that should give you the strength to get through this, now there will be ups & downs (but who doesn't have them) the motivation will come due to a goal you have set. Good luck, feel free to add me if you like!!

Yes...I think there will always be a time someone will feel that way. I always look at it like this, the times I feel like that I tell my self weak=losing & strength=winning, this helps me get motivated and think positive, everything in life i think is a test so again when you are weak u need to gain the strength to pass…

I do this year gained due to 2 surgeries, I need to lose about 45-50lbs, I have already lost about 7 pds, I see the main thing with me is getting the motivation I did not think this site would work but let me tell u it is working for me and it is very helpful. I too get my blood boiling with this, no one should tell you what you can and can't do. I would follow the other people's advice and make the gym at home, or look int o the daycare at the gym, or again make arrangements with other people to help you when you need it. You said it all your motivation should be with only 40 pds to go, look you have already lost 60 (good job) It is so hard when you get off track a little but take it as a little bump in the road now you need to get back on the road with no bumps and you will lose that other 40 pds...Good luck!!

I work 2 jobs from 9-10 at night between both, so I have to bring my own food, I usually take Sunday to pre plan for my luches & dinners for the week, and I like chicken/fish and vegtables, I also sometimes do a all in one with turkey sausage some sort of bean, spinach/mushroom and hot sauce very good quick meal

The best thing I ever bought at walmart, it is a 28oz bottle that holds hot/cold, and I swear by it, I start drinking water at about 11 and the ice stays in there till about 5, this is the only thing I can use to drink water all day b/c it holds the ice so long and stays cold..i swear by this. I drink about 4-5 of these…
