I like to do my own thing. I'm not into counting points or making a list of every thing I put in my mouth. I feel there is too much information about weight lost and its confusing. I want to lose my weight by eating natural food i.e. foods that have a simple ingredient list and just plain old excerise. Nothing complex please!!!!!

I have my own ways to lose weight and like to do it myself too and I originally said I cant keep track of everything with my crazy schedule, but let me tell you add the App to your phone and it is very simple to input everything right there so you do not forget anything if you are out, plus another thing I do is pre plan for the week so each morning before my 2 jobs I can input everything since I already know what I am gonna eat.
Since I started a week ago I could not believe seeing what i am eating once it is broken down, and I can make changes in eating and I have lost 7pds so far, I happen to think this is working great for me so far try it and see if it works for you, the thing i like most is being able to add friends and see thier menu. I can't understand why you have joined MFP then if that is how you feel. MFP is all about logging what you eat to make you more aware of the food you put into your mouth without thinking and balancing that with exercise and a healthy new lifestyle. If you want to do your own thing that is fine but you don't need MFP.
But if you are really serious about wanting to lose, MFP is the best site to do it!!
