I highly recommend swimming. Idk about rigorous exercise during pregnancy, definitley talk to your ob or midwife about that when the time comes.

I'm on week two day one of alpha. I'm pretty out of shape so it kicks my *kitten* but I'm sure if you're used to exercising it's not so bad :)

Don't worry I'm super clumsy and modify almost everything and I'm 20! Lol we will get better.

Hi everyone! I will be starting week 2 of alpha Monday. I don't have a scale so idk my weight I'm going by photographs and how my clothes fit :) I know I was at 180 lbs about 5 months ago. I'd like to get to around 140 lbs.

I just finished week 1 of Alpha and that's all I did but I think this week I'm gonna go walk at the park and push my kiddo around in the stroller in the afternoons just to get something extra in. I want the best results possible for all the work I'm putting in lol

Soup beans (pintos), cornbread, brown rice, lots of spicy foods, corn tortillas, salad, and chicken breast are all staples in this house!

I do a lot with brown rice and beans, it's cheap and healthy not to mention versatile.

I'm on week 1 day 5 of the Alpha phase. It's kicking my *kitten* but I love it! No visible results yet but I'm definitley getting stronger already. I am really out of shape, though.

I saw some tops at walmart that were "true to bra size" and had underwire. If you aren't into walmart I'm sure something similar can be found online.
