So awesome, you look great! I am right now 178 lbs at 5'4", one point into the obese category which is not fun. I don't really have a goal weight but the ballpark of 150 is what I'm aiming for, a healthy BMI. Thanks for the inspiration! :)

I got back to my pre-preg weight from just breastfeeding and not eating as much junk in about four months, though I was overweight to begin with so I am still trying to lose more. It seems to have stalled out here at 11 months. I eat anywhere from 1200 - 2200 cals a day, usually more like 1500.

On long car trips I keep peppermint and citrus essential oils to sniff. It seriously helps a lot to give me a little boost, esp the peppermint.

I've started baking chicken and potatoes instead of frying, once you get good at it you can make em crispy and delicious. I also use whole wheat flour instead of white flour and reduce the amount of sugar in my tea and add extra lemon. :)

You've got a nice figure. You aren't skinny but why would you want to be? When I weighed 175 my husband flat out refused to believe me and said there was no way I weighed that much. People all carry weight differently depending on your frame. I was/am pretty pudgy though, not lean like you! :)

Carrots are awesome! I dip them in hummus or salsa. I grate them and put them in spaghetti sauce as well.

Spicy food is my favorite! I ate so much spicy food while preg I think I burned out my taste buds lol it has to be really hot to bother me anymore. I like Pain is Good salsas and jalapenos in anything :)

Ugh I made the mistake of buying the little foil wrapped Reeses eggs....omg I ate so many it was insane. But if you have self-control (unlike me) 2 of them are 100 cals. Not too bad.

Apathy. Lack of self control. Just don't give a *kitten*. Didn't know how to cook. Medication side effects. Depression. A lot of reasons. I just don't buy junk anymore and then I can't eat it.

Hahaha I laugh because this is the most annoying part of exercise for me, all the damn fat jiggling and flopping ugh lol it's painful, really! Good tip.

Since I've been eating healthy my sodium level usually stays at less than 1000 mg a day. Excess sodium can be hard on your cardiovascular system. I've noticed a lot less bloating and my legs aren't so puffy anymore. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.

This irritates me to no end. I can't even find full fat, plain yogurt most of the time because everyone is on the "no fat" bandwagon. :'(

I trim fat off of chicken because it's DISGUSTING and that's where most bad things end up...I definitley do not have an eating disorder haha that's a funny thought.

Milk Beans Salad stuff PB Plain yogurt FULL FAT DAMNIT all you dieters are making the full fat practically non-existent!!! Bread Canned tomatoes Onions Brown rice Corn tortillas Whole natural almonds Olive oil Grapeseed oil and that's about all my actual staples the rest varies with the dinner plans.

I don't have a scale but I plan on rewarding myself with a pedi after I've got two weeks of sticking to my exercise program and no binges. After I finish my workout program I'm going on a shopping trip! :) I don't reward with food, seems counter-productive.

People are just so down about themselves that they have to be hurtful to people, I guess. I've found that yogurt stays good for quite a long time after the exp date as long as it's been properly refrigerated :)

Salad with organic greens, carrot, tomato, baby bella mushrooms, a boiled egg for protein and soy ginger dressing :)
