What to do? What to do?

I have a job where I am on call three nights a week and I always get called out on at least one of them. I'm the type of person that once I'm up, I'm up, doesn't matter if I got enough sleep or not. My problem is that I'm snacking twice as much to keep myself awake. Anybody have keep me awake remedies that don't involve food? Or tricks to maybe going back to sleep once I get back home?

I suggest finding a way to get some sleep first and foremost. For some people, tea, smoothing music, and exercise help with sleep. Secondly, drink water, and find a hobby. If you must snack then work those into your calorie limit.0

On long car trips I keep peppermint and citrus essential oils to sniff. It seriously helps a lot to give me a little boost, esp the peppermint.0
