Seems as though you have a mental issue you might want to work out with a therapist.. sorry not trying to be rude but its unhealthy and one day you will regret eating that low of calories.

No! I thought the same thing that it matters. I prefer before my workout because it keeps me energized and it is something light. Try out which is best for you. The protein powder that I have is a slow digesting one. They told me the bet time to drink it is before bed??

Vitamin stores have a gentle laxative :) Colon cleanse but MAKE sure to ask the difference in each one cause some will be you run!!! lol

You don't have to use a protein shakes. I use them when I need a quick fix before or after the gym. Also, you just have to see which ones you like best and what works for you. If you are losing weight go with a lean one obviously :)

Loving my Samsung Galaxy 3 from Verizon (4G) lol! If you are getting an Iphone go with AT&T as your provider.. they only have 4G for Iphones. I think even the iphone 5 is still 3g.. doesn't make sense!

I am 34 got mine at 25. I have 5.. three of them are with my children's names. Though I loved the tattoos at the time.. I wish I would have not gotten them. If you do I would make it something special and unique! Just my opinion though! You will have it forever :)

I do not want to eat after a workout.. but later it catches up with me and I am starving.. So I try to eat something post workout.

Your withdraw symptoms should have left within 3 days. Even though it may take a while until your body adjusts to it. I would suggest exercising. Like running, kickboxing.. when I would do two classes like that I would bring in some almonds or something..normally I did do cardio first though then weight training. Maybe something like that will help you stay energized and do your protein after your workout?

I have typos all day long on text email and on my posts. I really don't care. Some people can't spell.. some people can. That's life! Better things to worry about if people can or can't spell! Life is way to short to worry about the little things.
