Get the herbed kind & spread on a lower calorie tortilla. Add a little bit of pizza sauce & maybe some turkey pepperoni & microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Roll it up for a quick little pizza roll-up! Love that stuff!

I SOO need to measure myself. I had a bad weigh-in this week - despite working out really hard this week. I'm trying to figure out the actual culprit. However, I realize that I probably would've seen a difference in inches this week if I had kept up with my measurements. Thanks for the encouragement!

I'm drinking it right now... I would say I use Crystal Light in 8 out of 10 glasses of water. Hasn't hindered me any! :) Whatever helps you get in that water..... chug it, girl! :)

Ha! My doctor told me recently that he recommended walking over running because it burns more FAT(score!). I definitely recommend a heart rate monitor. However, you could try this site: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc It takes your weight into account.
