I make a cottage cheese quiche, blend it with ranch mix for a dip, top baked potatoes with it, add it just about anywhere I would use cheese or sourcream. Love it!

Foam rolling. You can get them on amazon. I've seen homemade ones using foam pipe insulation too. Hurts so good.

I lost a bunch of weight last year by following mfp's guidelines but am now doing leangains so I started a new account for my new goals and approach. I eat way more now and I'm still losing. Last year I stuck to 1300 cals and ate back some of my exercise calories. Now I eat about 1500 on rest days and 2000 on workout days…

Thanks guys. I've been doing wrist curls and barbell shrugs and calf raises for awhile. Definitely trying farmers walk and hanging from the pullup bar too. It's mostly affecting my deadlift, rows, clean and press. I guess I just need to be patient.

Depends on your perspective. If you mean the super fast, unpolished, three chord crap, with ignorant offensive lyrics, fueled by the Reagan administration, that I personally love, then yes punk is dead.

I break my fast with lean protein and veggies. I can't handle breaking it with a lot of carbs.

My SO is on board and supportive but driving me crazy. He's lost a few pounds recently and spends the whole evening walking around the house half naked and talking about how great he looks. :ohwell:
