Can anyone tell me what the American conversion ratio would be of this recipe? I would like to try it.

Way to go! I just had a similiar convo with my hubby last night. I can only run a 5K but I find that I really enjoy running now. I NEVER thought I would be a runner...well a penguin runnre...but a runner nonetheless.

Thank you for the very kind words. I am healthier and more fit than I've been in probably 20 years. I guess I need to get over that perfect size goal in my head. I just read about all these folks who are a size 6, 8 or 10 and somehow turned that in to my ideal. I need to re-evaluate. :smile:

Wow! That is fabulous that you were able to avoid temptation. I have to walk past cookies/cakes/candy on a nearly daily basis at my work. It's been easy most days but there are those "hungry" days when those cookies seem to call my name. I just drink LOTS of water to feel full.
