I broke my tailbone during childbirth with my first daughter, though the actual pop happened when she was about 5 days old. the pain was unbearable. Though it subsided over time it was probably about 9 mos-1 yr before it was truly healed.

My daughter is on the ketogenic diet for epilespy...always surprises me to hear someone would do this for weight loss. It is a very serious diet and can have very serious side-effects if not managed by a dietician. Should not be taken lightly...

Yup this is me! 3 yr old and 19 month old. Husband and I both work full time. My only saving grace is that I work from home a lot so I can squeeze in an outdoor run pretty easily, but it's hard. My younger daughter is on the ketogenic diet for epilepsy so once kids are in bed, kitchen/dining room cleaned up, meals prepped…

Are you really doing to the keto diet for weight loss? My daughter is on the keto diet for severe epilepsy. It's a very serious diet. She had to be hospitalized when she started it. Is the weight loss plan the same diet or more of a high fat low carb diet?

I stuck to the elliptical and stair master during both of my pregnancies with no issues. Just kept a heart rate monitor on to keep me in check. Congratulations!
