I Started at a size 24 and I am 5'8 I have lost 33 lbs and am currently wearing a 18. I think 12 will be where I want to end but we will see. I think it depends on what you will be comfortable with and Healthy of course. You can do it , one day at a time. Just remember its not a race, its a journey.

I log everything, even if Im having a bad day. Make no difference. I know it has helped me to lose and also not to go way over board on a bad day. Same thing happened to me. I was taking in around 1200 cal a day and quit losing. I increase to 1400 and try not to drop below. I began losing again. Someone told me my body was probably on starvtion mode and to increase. I was pleasantly suprised that it worked. Your doing great. :happy:

Try Zuchinni Lasagna, You replace the noodles with flat cut zuchinni taste really good. And it healthy and lower in calories to boot.
