My own realization with the charge HR was not to log my exercise. I just put a post on my page for what I have done and let the fitbit adjust my cals. I was maintaining and then gaining! I figured out why! It was doubling my burnt cals between the fitbit and mfp. I am now losing again! Love my fibit!

Don't get me wrong! I LOVE BACON and eggs! Omelettes etc. As a quick protein and good fats alternative to hitting a fast food place for breakfast or not eating at all, it works! ;)

We use a hand-held blender, 1 cup of milk, one raw egg and 1/2 tsp or more of vanilla (hubby likes the vanilla) blend it up and you almost have a vanilla shake! Even my kids will drink it! :)

I quit 4 yrs ago! Even for family that you don't see often or friends, there are so many other ways to keep in touch! I love Skype! For me it is better than any phone call, email or letter! My kids get to see and talk to their grandparents and cousins etc. Even a phone call or letter is better than putting your whole life…
