Thats where I got my first FT4 from ( AMAZON ) I was looking through the reviews & people were saying they purchased this same HRM multiple times after it had either broken or they batteries had died. They said they sent them in & had to pay a crazy fee for battery replacement service for a battery that only cost $1 -__-…

Thanks for the alternatives. I think the 100% fruit juice idea sounds good; even freezing them & dropping cubes in water too. But without price being an issue. I attempted to eat breakfast BEFORE making my protein shake today; I REALLY thought it was going to help. I went about 8 hours feeling okay & THEN the stomach rumbles came back =( I might have to switch to 'MUSCLE MILK' & see if that helps at all. I bought a few of the 'already made' muscle milk protein shakes before…

Its good to know im not the only one having this problem. I usually make a whey protein shake right after my morning workout & THEN I eat afterwards. Today Im eating first before I make the shake. I'd like to see if that will make a difference before I toss out they whey :sad:

I still have a full tub of powder left & dont want to switch just yet. I have no problem drinking milk so im not lactose intolerant either. I only use 1 scoop once a day w/ water. Any other suggestions?

I workout first thing in the morning before I start the day. THEN I make a protein shake & breakfast :glasses:

Get a TRIPOD for your camera, it will definately help! Thats what I use to take my progress pictures.
