Picture help with Photoshop and motivation

First, I am not certain this is where my post belongs though it seems like the best fit for this. And you may see why in a moment.
So, I decided to do before, during, and after pics of my weight loss journey. Only at the before and during part at the moment. The reason I decided to do this is because I want to be able to see my progress as I go along because I am often the last person to notice any changes.
Well, my photographer (sister) can't seem to get the camera at the same zoom every time I get my picture done. So, I have a bunch of pictures at different zooms, making it extremely difficult to track body comp changes if there even are any. So my question is, is there a way to easily resize images in Photoshop to make the photos appear to have the same zoom and perspective as one another to make them comparable so I can see if what I am doing is working or not in a visual manner without the measuring tapes or scales?

if you can find a point of reference in all the pictures that doesn't change, then you can adjust the zoom so that point is the same for both (it sounds crazy, but i used to get my hair cut to the same length over my eyebrows every month, so i'd match it up so that the length was the same)... hope it helps - best of luck to you!0
