INSANITY | before & after PIC + Fit Test Results!

From *kitten* To Fit here's my INSANITY results so far. In 2 rounds I lost 22lbs & met my goal weight of 165lbs!
This has been one heck of a fitness challenge but I'm still not done. Now its time for some more GAINS to get ripped.
I lasted the entire 63 days drinking ONLY water. Took my whey protein and daily multivitamin regularly.
Thanks to everyone for giving me the motivation to keep going strong.

Gave it all I got and showed improvement each time I did the Fit Test. Here's my progress from day1 - day63
Switch Kicks: 104 to 160
Power Jacks: 49 to 72
Power Knees: 68 to 125
Power Jumps: 27 to 91
Globe Jumps: 36 to 59
Suicide Jumps: 16 to 25
Push-Up Jacks: 20 to 58
Low Plank Oblique: 34 to 71

Great results. Between Insanity and MFP I lost all the weight in my ticker....I now do a p90x/insanity hybrid to incorporate strength training into my routine.0
