INSANITY | Month2 Tmrw | Protein Question

I start month two of INSANITY tmrw. Its two workouts in one day;
w/ the work schedule I have, I have to do both workouts within a short time period;
( probably about a 30min rest in between ) so I have a question . . .
would it be a good idea to drink a protein shake during my break & workout again?
or should I just wait till both the Fit Test & Max Interval Circuit are complete?
I workout first thing in the morning before I eat anything if that makes a difference.

Wow. I am really not looking forward to that, man!
I'm on week 4 of month 1, the recovery week next week sounds appealing, though, hahahh!
When I get to where you're at I will probably knock the fit test out in the morning and then do the actual workout later in the afternoon or evening if necessary.
Let us know how it goes!0 -
Could you do the fit test the day before?
Oops, looks like I'm too late...0 -
My husband and I are almost done with our first time of Insanity. We never did the Fit Test along with the workouts in Month 2....to us that was just nuts. We always did the Fit Test on our rest day (Sunday). Maybe that would work better for you too?? I don't think I could keep down a whole protein shake doing a whole exercise either....just the thought is making me ill. Month 2 is killer...yet addicting! Enjoy0
