1185 today according to my fitbit. That was over 6 miles of walking, including 2 hours of coaching. :) I'll add 100 calories each week. So 1100 planned for next week or 100 more than what we did this week?

Started a 100 day burpee challenge. Day 1 = 1 burpee, Day 2 = 2 burpees, etc... Add that to biking (200+ miles) and I need to start working in some walking/running as well as swimming to start training for my Spartan Race and Triathlon Sprint coming up in a couple months.

Since I forgot to weight in last week. Since my last weight-in I've dropped 1.2 lbs. Total loss this year: 33.8. Guess that means I'm still above the 1 lb a week goal. :)

Crappy weather last week ment little to no time on the bike. Got a couple nice days in a row so took advantage of them. 2 days straight of 23.85 miles (same location and back). Total miles (km) for the month of May: 227.48 m (363.97 km).

1.9 lbs loss since last weigh-in 2 weeks ago. 99.9 lbs total loss. :)
