Fiber one brownies are delicious and 90 calories. They are full of fiber, so test them out when you will be home. Special K brownies are much smaller, but are 80 calories and are super yummy.

Frozen yogurt is actually something that has helped me lose weight. As long as you don't load it up with sugary toppings you should be fine. Most Yogurtland has 30 calories an ounce. I also really like fiber one brownies. They are only 90 calories. Trader joes also has 70 calorie ice cream cones. They are filled with…

Last week 181 Aug. 22: 179.8 I am doing the 30 day shred and I love it. My husband has now joined mfp and he is eating healthy and doing the shred, too.

Hi everyone. I am Jennifer and I live in Vegas. I am on day 3 of the shred. It is tough. I have been doing turbo jam and crunch fitness dvd's. My starting weight is 181. I have read online that the change from the shred doesn't happen so much on the scale, but with the tape measure.

Aug. 1 185 Aug. 8. 183 Aug. 16 181 and it is TOM. I also started the 30 day shred and am on day 3.

My favorite healthier sweets are nonfat frozen yogurt, jell-o mousse temptations, fudgcicles, Fage yogurt with strawberry, and trader joe's chocolate nibs.

I agree. You need to change the quality of what you are eating. What I have learned from mfp is how many calories, carbs, and sugar are in that junk I used to love. I still eat out, but I plan ahead. I am only allowed 1200 calories per day, so I have to make careful choices. I have also switched yoplait for Greek yogurt. I…

For those days I keep jello mousse temptations in the house. They are delicious . And if you eat 2, it's only 120 calories for both.

All great ideas. Annie, what are the brands you like? I tried another that was not a good texture, but it was like dannon or yoplait. I have acces to a whole foods and trader joe's that might have other brands.

Hello everyone. I am at 185 and am not doing 30 day shred yet. It's not in the budget until the 10th. I am doing TurboJam and a few different Crunch fitness videos for both cardio and strength training.
-
Good for you. I probably would have cried, but I am a girl. LOL! Your attitude towards these obviously stupid people is my inspiration for the day! Keep up the great work.

The last time I lost 30 pounds my family also was negative about me losing weight. I started off at a size 14/16 and ended up at a size 8. You would have thought I was a size negative 3. They were so dramatic about how skinny I was, when actually, I was just eating healthy and exercising every day. This is not the norm for…

1 cup organic Spinach/Arugula mix from wal mart 6 slices of oscar meyer smoked turkey 4 olives 2 T. Raspberry Vinagrette It's yummy and very low in calories. Plus, the spinach adds iron and the turkey adds protein. It tops out at 137 calories and is satisfying. If you are still hungry, you can add a 60 cal Jello Pudding…

I agree with the sugar free pudding cups. The Jello Chocolate mousse temptations are 60 calories. Sugar Free Fudgcicles are also really good.
-
I also did 45 minutes of TurboJam tonight. WOO HOO!

Hi everyone. I just joined. Outside is not very possible for me in this 111 degree Vegas heat. I will try to swim and I definitely like the mall walking and window shopping idea ;)
