Daily, I average about 100-110g of carbs and 15-20g fat. Though my fat intake can rise to about 30g on the weekends. I thought I was maybe eating too many carbs, but I find if I dip below 100g I feel very lethargic, especially with exercising. Also, does it matter when you exercise? I'm now going to an Indian restaurant for dinner and I've got a good idea what to avoid on the menu (kormas?) but since I'm not in control of what goes into my dish, what is the best meal to order so I stick as best I can to the lower end of the calorie range? Any other tips?

I weigh myself naked at home, but obviously I can´t do this at the doctor´s! So when I get checked up at the doctor´s, it´s not a true reflection of my weight, plus the fact I´ll most likely have had something to eat and drink before going there. Do they take that into consideration? Because I´m due a check up next week…

But does the overall calorie content of the entire packet go up? e.g. say there's 40 calories in total for the whole packet made up according to instructions, if I use less water than suggested in the instructions, do calories still go up? Haha sorry, I know this sounds so confusing!
