Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if what I'm eating daily and what exercise I'm doing is good for losing weight healthily and at a steady rate? 4 days exercise, 3 days rest
Due to work commitments I can only get to classes at the gym Mon-Thurs. On these 4 days I alternate between Spin, Body Combat, Body Attack and Step. So then I have Fri-Sun off. Is it ok to do 4 days in a row as long as I'm varying the type of exercise?

Measuring calories in lentils/cous cous
Hey! Ok, I'm always getting confused about this, but I'm sure it's pretty simple. Does the amount of calories change according to whether the lentils or cous cous are dry or cooked? e.g. on a packet of lentils it says 80g = 83 kcal Now, it doesn't say if this 80g refers to dry lentils or cooked lentils. Eating when I'm not hungry
Hey Just wondering if it's ok to eat when you're not feeling particularly hungry in order to make up calories? It's just I was currently at about 500 calories before my dinner, and didn't feel hungry but I figured this was far too low and so made myself eat something.
