Hi all!

Wondering if you could help me decide what to order from the Chinese tonight...either King Prawn with Ginger and Spring Onions, King Prawn with Garlic Sauce, or King Prawn with Mushrooms.

Which, if any, would be the best option as regards calories? Maybe there isn't much difference between them!

    when i'm not in the mood to make dinner and we order from a chinese place i usually go for a pint of steamed chicken and broccoli, no sauce and an egg rol! they have some veggie dishes too, just make sure it's not drenched in sauces and/or fried!
