4 days exercise, 3 days rest

Due to work commitments I can only get to classes at the gym Mon-Thurs.
On these 4 days I alternate between Spin, Body Combat, Body Attack and Step.
So then I have Fri-Sun off.
Is it ok to do 4 days in a row as long as I'm varying the type of exercise?

Cardio give the best results as long as you get your sustained heart rate into your zone for 12 minutes, 3 times a week. That will give you the systemic benefits of the cardio. Whatever you do to get there is fine.
The point is to keep moving. It sounds like you are doing that. Remember, it doesn't have to happen in a class or even at the gym.0
