I did the whole program week for week and finished. I did my first 5k in October and am now running a 5 mile race on Thanksgiving. it can be done!! I kept reminding myself that I trained for it, and 5.5 is awesome in my book, the beat I can sustain is 5 mph.

I set a goal of 20 by Christmas and I've lost 7 which means 13 more so my stretch goal for new years is 15!!

my city is doing a 5 mile turkey trot, signed up last night! I've only done one 5k since finishing c25k in October. I finished at 36 minutes, I've training to up my distance but still stuck at 12 minute miles how did you improve your time so much? that is awesome!!

I totally had to psyche myself out before the run. in the end it did actually seen easier than the intervals, which makes sense since for most people the first mile is the hardest. that and I kept telling myself how hard I've trained and that it was the next step and I hadn't cheated so I shouldbe able to!

do you drink much water? I didn't see any recorded but I know not everyone records it. I know if I don't get at least 8 glasses each day then there is very little chance I lost any weight. also it seems you eat some meat but very little if any lean protein I try to make chicken early in the week that lasts a few days. I thought holding it would throw me off some how but it didn't so I just hold it when I run.

depends on what your body needs I'm a little under 4 11 and my doctor told me 1000 is enough for me.

sometimes I don't get home from work until 9pm and east dinner then. doesn't bother me but I try not to eat bread/pasta/rice/potato carbs that late and sick to fruit and veggie carbs.

I'm 4 11 and for me by 20 pounds everyone seemed to notice but I am also trying to lose 66 total so I have more to lose than you!
