Hey.. It's called the runners trots! I get it especially if i get dehydrated. Stay hydrated, avoid caffeine and sugar before runs...can happen if increase your mileage, too. when it happens I feel horrible and drinking a coconut water helps alot with the eloctrolytes.

Thanks Everyone! I think its probably smart to just put in the Hatha as calorie insurance! I love ashtanga too, its almost like gymnastics sometimes!!
