Hey! I'm no expert. I was just stating what I read. According to the site I read, 1200 is safe to assume on average/in general. Of course everyone is different. This goes without saying.

Zumba looks like a great workout and fun, but I haven't tried it yet. You can also look into Billy's bootcamp for a great burn. The firm is hard to follow, but a great workout there too!

I tried it and it was far too much for me, but my friend does it everyday! I think I'll try it again tonight. If I get too tired and quit, I'll just jump on the treadmill. Definitely try it!
