1472 calories to go today

so i ate breakfast ate a snack didnt eat lunch so now my calories left to eat is 1472 but im not hungry and dont wanna eat after 8 what shall i do???? helpppp

    Sure fire way to kill your metabolism and start yourself on a plateau is to skip meals.

    eat something nutritious anyway! That's the healthy side of me talking. The "Lose Weight Quick and unhealthy" side of me says to just go to bed! lol

    If you're really not not hungry I shouldn't worry about it too much. It's not a good idea to skip meals frequently, but also it is important to listen to your body. If it needs feeding it'll tell you! Praps just have some yoghurt or cereal before bed? But really, it's not worth worrying about unless it becomes a habit.

    Stay up later. 8 is just a general guideline based on what time normal people go to bed. Just make sure there it atleast 4 hours between when u eat and when you go to bed. Also, 1472 calories is a lot...... You don't have to eat all the calories you have open for the day. Anything over 1,200 is ok

    Sometimes I have days like that. You should really worry unless its an everyday thing. One day wont kill you. Listen to your body. Don't force feed yourself just because you have lots of calories to go.

    just eat them back. This happens to me every single day. Just start eating. it's not so hard =]... you can eat after 8... it's not going to make you fat.. I eat after midnight every night and I am 18% body fatt!

    I'm having the same issue. I'm about 900 calories short for the day. I'm not hungry. I know myself- if I start eating when I'm not hungry, I have a hard time stopping. I usually keep eating and it just snowballs, but if I don't start I'll be ok.
    *sigh* No win.

    If you're not hungry don't eat, no big deal, it's not an everyday event is it?!

    no its not everyday just today i think its because i did the 5k-3.1miles at the gym that made it jump so high cereal will do i rather eat cereal than a big meal and have an upset stomach

    and im not skipping meals if im not hungry doing lunch time i dont have to eat so i eat a snack like a banana or something
