how often do you weigh in? what seems to work the best for you?

    Every morning after performing my porcelain priorities, in my undies. Fluctuations are expected and accepted.

    I weigh in once a week. Anymore than that will make me crazy!!

    I just barely asked this. :) Most people weigh in once a week on MFP although they may or may not weigh themselves every day. It's personal preference.

    yes first thing in the morning, I do every Thursday after I pee lol and naked lol I want the most honest number :laugh:

    I also weigh in daily, first thing in the morning. I've heard on many occasions this is the wrong thing to do but its what works best for me. I expect the fluctuations as part of the work, but weighing in daily keeps me honest and working hard.

    Well i have to go upstairs and change into workout clothes, and i'll be passing near the scale, so i'll probably weigh myself. And then i'll go upstairs to change after to regular clothes, so i'll probably weigh again. and then probably before bed. And then, again in the morning. But sometimes i weigh again after my shower in the morning just to be sure. And then i'll be at work all day so i won't weight in for several hours. But when i get home and change i might weigh in again.

    So about that often. :laugh:

    I weigh in daily, but it's only "official" (meaning logged in to MFP) once a week. Also, first thing in the am after the morning pit stop : )

    Once a week, Monday mid-morning after the gym. I would drive myself batty If I weighed anymore than that.

    Question #1 - I weigh-in once a week. I drove myself crazy doing it daily, So I stopped.

    Question #2 - I don't poop every morning, nor every day. But I wish I could. I envy those who can. LOL

    You weigh the least in the morning. So I usually add two lbs to my weight.
