I just realized... this is the farthest I've ever gotten in this program! I've tried it 3 or 4 times before, but I never got past 2 weeks. YAY! Thanks for holding me accountable! It really helps get me out of bed and getting those workout clothes on in the early morning thinking "ugh, I don't want to not check in today!"

So far, I've actually gained weight (I've read that this is common) but I've lost inches in the waist. Unfortunately, I didn't take any when I started, but I'm going to the evening before I start level 2, and record them on me diary/reports area on MFP.

finished Day 9, level 1. Distracted mind - I was like a robot doing the moves, but I did them all and I wasn't all out of breath at the end. Does that mean I'm getting in better shape? Just finished mine for the day... day 8, still on level 1 with 5 lb weights. Went well tonight, i think because my mind was distracted, but possibly because im in better shape? I noticed this weekend that i have actually gained weight (actual lbs) but my waist is slimmer and not muffin topping out as much.
