I started all 3 of my pregnancies at 140 lbs......just being mindful of what you are eating while being pregnant helps alot :) I was at 175 when I delivered and it comes off....just takes some time! Good luck!!! I loved being pregnant :)

Well I am the odd duck here because I am FAMISHED on days I do lots of cardio, my willpower goes right out the window! But on days I lift I feel much more in control and not hungry......and I lift heavy for me :)

I am following the Leangains 16/8 feeding window and I lift "fasted" with maybe some light cardio afterwards....keeping my heart rate on the lower fat burning side rather than doing HIIT. On the weekends I do not follow the 16/8 and that is when I will do more of the higher intensity cardio. Hope this helped :)

I tried it last week and did the 16/8 window and loved it! Had some black coffee in the morning and lots of water......as long as you keep yourself busy you should be fine :) I never had a binge moment once I was able to eat or needed to eat a bigger dinner. One recipe I really like is a crock pot one: 2 chicken breasts a can of pineapple soysauce or terryaki sauce. On high for about 2 hours or on low for about 4-5 hours. I have a question, all of you that are maintaining are you eating back your exercise calories or just sticking with the number range you mentioned!?! I am getting close to the maintenance zone and noticing I am already loosing my focus and drive :/

I think I can confidently say I have seen every season, maybe not even episode but I have been a fan from the beginning! I will be making spinach lasagna roll ups for dinner! One roll comes in around 300cals ( I always over estimate, its probably more like 250) YUM -O!

Totally agree!! as wonderful as an antibiotic is it can also throw our system off......personally I get very constipated on Amoxicillin and dread when my doc puts me on it! Feel better soon :)

100 times YES!! Now the problem is I still have alllllll this junk in my house. 3 kids x 3 baskets x grandparents baskets 6 = way to much temptation ;) Wish i could just throw it all away but I would have a riot on my hands if I did that!

I love Luna PROTEIN bars, the Mint Chocolate is 14g protein and 170 calories! It works for me when I am craving something sweet! But yes agree Pure Protein has the best protein to calorie ratio

I LOVE HIIT!! I have been using this interval training method for a few weeks and have noticed inches melt off!! I finish with more energy than if I did a straight 4mile run.....highly recommend :)

I am a SAHM to 3 kids, my boys are 6 &4yrs old and our baby girl is 18months already :( Definitely find myself snacking more mid-afternoon......handful of goldfish or a cookie sure does add up by the end of the day! LOL

I completely agree that the Strength Training estimate on calories burned is WAY, WAY off! I have a heart rate monitor and burned an easy 350 in 30mins of lifting but on this site it gave me 100?!?!?! I am thankful for my monitor, a good workout can get to 700 cals easily! You need to know so that way you are eating enough…

I think everyone is different but for me I started REALLY seeing results when I started doing 20-30mins of lifting (usually only 2 body parts a day) and then a sweat filled cardio workout for 45mins.
