lifting "heavy"
I have been lifting for over a year now and enjoy weight training more than cardio! I am curious about this lifting heavy style of training, will I really lose inches and body fat by lower reps with a higher weight?!?! Appreciate any feedback! p.s. I usually lift middle of the road doing between 12-15 reps

Biggest Loser
This has been bothering me for awhile now, how many calories are the contestants eating when they are on the Biggest Loser ranch? They work out 6+ hrs a day, there is no way they are able to have a net calorie in take of 1200 daily right?!?!?!
