This has been bothering me for awhile now, how many calories are the contestants eating when they are on the Biggest Loser ranch? They work out 6+ hrs a day, there is no way they are able to have a net calorie in take of 1200 daily right?!?!?!

    According to the last season i watched they are on 1000 calories a day!

    The men eat around 1600, and burn around 6000 a day.

    Whatever it is it's absolutely ridiculous and totally unsustainable. The proof is in how many of them gain their weight back within a year of finishing the program...
