Maybe they didn't want it to get cold?

I am! I'm super curious about the one contestant they mentioned who had to lose 100 pounds to be medically cleared for the show. Also, I'm wondering if the former olympic athlete will have an edge since he's familiar with super rigid workout schedules.

Fantastic job!

Thank you all so much for your input and advice!

Thanks, Aeriel  I was thinking around 130 pounds too. The goal of 120 in my signature is just my "oh my gosh, wouldn't that be awesome if I could do it" goal

Bad news: I haven't lost any weight this week. Good news: At least I didn't gain any since I've been too sick to hit the gym in ages! Name.............................. Start Weight ............................ Current Weight ......................... + / - LBS Trisha…

Your PB&J might actually be more calories than the pizza. If you want the pizza more and it's within your calorie budget for the day, I say enjoy the cheesy goodness!

I'm back in too! Weekly Goal: 3500 Monday: 731 calories burned (60 minutes yoga, 60 minutes hip hop) Total: 731 Left to go: 2769

Oh my. That sure is going to make me think twice when my MFP buddies log cleaning. Especially if it's with "vigorous effort"

My husband and I will be hitting the Turbo Kick class that Chalene Johnson is teaching at our gym that morning

Ooh, I know what I'm asking Santa for this Christmas!

I eat them pretty regularly during the weekdays since they're inexpensive (I usually get Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice for about $1.00 to $1.50 a piece when I combine sales and coupons) and super easy to prepare. My work schedule is a little hectic and I have to be at the office by 5:30am each morning and don't get home…

I'm going to log....or at least try as best I can since I won't be able to tell exactly how each dish was made. I'm probably going to hit the gym that morning too to act as a buffer just in case

I'd be Hungry Girl, and I'd have a super fast metabolism

Ooh, bump for later!

My tummy got large from burritos, not babies

That's a great philosopy. Thanks for the tip!

Welcome to MFP! It's always great to have supportive friends on your journey. Feel free to add me

I'm worried about loose skin too....especially my arms. I know toning should help, but I can't stop wondering if there's only so much a body can bounce back after reaching my goal weight and losing 85 pounds.

Amazing job!

I haven't tried it yet, but I just bought a container of Jarrow 100% Natural Whey Protein. I got the unflavored kind so that I can mix it into yogurt, oatmeal, soup, etc. I've read pretty good things about it, so I'm hoping it really is flavorless since a girl can only drink too many protein shakes  I hope you feel…

If you don't like drinking protein shakes, you could buy unflavored protein powder and add it to yogurt, soups, etc.
