    Correction, I'm now at 804 for the day and 1539 for a weekly running total, had a 'last chance' like workout. Now to watch a little tv and hit the hay shortly after. Night all!

    So tired today! Zumba did me in yesterday so I only did 40 minutes of elliptical today. I lifted weights and did pushups too but I don't usually count that towards calorie burning since my heart rate never goes up for a good burn! :o)

    Ran around like a maniac yesterday and not in a GOOD way! I don't think that type of running counts!!! Missed checking in last night cuz this girl was whooped. I was able to get some exercise in though and I am happy about that!

    This challenge has really motivated me. When I got home last night I REALLY wanted to put on my comfy pj's and veg on the computer till bedtime but instead put on my walking pants and went for a power walk for 25 minutes! Thanks for starting this!! :)

    So far total 2089 and feeling good!!! Keeping close track of calories burned really has made me more critical of the calories going in!! One gingerbread latte (even with skim milk) was just a few calories less than my taebo's calorie burn. I was so annoyed that I checked it out after the fact, but I really did not think the latte would be so crazy!! Decision made to have that as a very once in a while treat!

    Doesn't that KILL you??? I analyze everything now by going "is it calorie worthy??" My husband thinks I'm getting a wee-bit obsessed. (still eating too much junk though so I guess not THAT obsessed!).

    Terrible attempt on my part! I'm only at 1500 (which is more than I typically burn in a week. Ive had 3 midterms and have been diagnosed with some medical problem but I am down 1.5 pounds so far this week! I'll take it and try harder next week :)

    I'm taking another hip hop class tomorrow night and am hoping to squeeze in a quick run at lunch. If I can break 3500 before the weekend, then I won't feel so bad about relaxing for a few days :tongue:

    I'm not feeling bad any more so I'm hitting the dojang for sparring practice in an hour. I did cut down my training a lot for this week out of fear of overtraining and I'm wondering if it's possible to get feverish because of that.. :huh: I felt so weird yesterday but not today..

    Well. It's wall climbing tomorrow and if I go to Aikido class on Sunday, I should barely hit that 3500..

  • had two wisdom teeth pulled yesterdday which was really hard when you are 64 years old......I have only done 1500 so far hope to do at least 500 today....this is such a great incentive !!!
