    had two wisdom teeth pulled yesterdday which was really hard when you are 64 years old......I have only done 1500 so far hope to do at least 500 today....this is such a great incentive !!!

    So I'm late again in logging yesterday's calories. I didn't get to exercise as much as I wanted to but I'm all right with the results! I do believe I will make it and hoping to have a few to spare for Thanksgiving week! If we do this again next week can I get roll over calories?? LOL :)

    Woke up sicker then two dogs and a cat! :o( I really wanted to keep going...but I don't know if that is going to happen with this darned cold rampaging...resting all afternoon and then I will see how I'm doing tonight for some Zumba! :o)

    I did it! I burned 807 calories this morning for a total of 4,191 calories burned in my morning work outs this week! Woo hoo!

    Yes I will post a new challenge for next week called 3500 + calories burned challenge (Thanksgiving addition).

    I slacked off yesterday so need to get to the gym today but it doesn't open for another 1.25 hours. Tap tap tap.

    I was at a friends all night so I didn't get a chance to do a whole lot yesterday but I did get in a 381burn and my weekly running total is 2912. I've got some walking to do today, hopefully I'll hit 3500 today. Keep up the hard work all :) Be back this evening!
