Ran around like a maniac yesterday and not in a GOOD way! I don't think that type of running counts!!! Missed checking in last night cuz this girl was whooped. I was able to get some exercise in though and I am happy about that!

So far total 2089 and feeling good!!! Keeping close track of calories burned really has made me more critical of the calories going in!! One gingerbread latte (even with skim milk) was just a few calories less than my taebo's calorie burn. I was so annoyed that I checked it out after the fact, but I really did not think the latte would be so crazy!! Decision made to have that as a very once in a while treat!0 -

Doesn't that KILL you??? I analyze everything now by going "is it calorie worthy??" My husband thinks I'm getting a wee-bit obsessed. (still eating too much junk though so I guess not THAT obsessed!).0 -

Terrible attempt on my part! I'm only at 1500 (which is more than I typically burn in a week. Ive had 3 midterms and have been diagnosed with some medical problem but I am down 1.5 pounds so far this week! I'll take it and try harder next week0

I'm not feeling bad any more so I'm hitting the dojang for sparring practice in an hour. I did cut down my training a lot for this week out of fear of overtraining and I'm wondering if it's possible to get feverish because of that.. :huh: I felt so weird yesterday but not today..
Well. It's wall climbing tomorrow and if I go to Aikido class on Sunday, I should barely hit that 3500..0 -
