Vickele ohhhh that sucks about your wrist but start when ever you feel like. I am going to be trying to get my 3500 calories burned in 5 days maybe 6 if I need it. I always take at least one rest day in the week.

I did it - I did 550 calories on the recumbent bike per my HRM. one day down.0

I just picked up a HRM today. I think I am really going to love it.
I burned over 700 cals today!

Only burned 300 today. Started Couch 2 5k today & burned 150 in 20 minutes. Walked tonight & burned 150 calories in 30 minutes.
Tried to start my Wii EA Sports Challenge tonight but one of the cats chewed the sensor cord. Then went to Walmart because their website said they had it in stock... but no. =/ So, I already have burned calories to make up! If I get up early enough tomorrow, I'll do a dvd & then EA Sports Challenge at night after hubby shops around for a new sensor tomorrow. I plan on also doing C25k & a walk tomorrow night. That should help w/ the deficit.

I burned a total of 570 today between the treadmill and eliptical.

Burned 500 calories on the nose
did a 30 min run with a 4min warm up and 1 min cool down
than this evening I did a 30 min walk on the treadmill.. than 25 mins of strength training than another 13 min walk.
That is 500 according to my HRM - Actually, when I started running this morning it kept telling me my heart rate was really high, so after a few minutes I finally adjusted the chest strap - so I subtracted 40 cals from my run this morning, and made myself do 540 according to the HRM to be safe!!0 -
I'm so in! 600+ calories tonight doing Body Pump! Going to the Y tomorrow with my husband. :happy:0

I burned 575 calories today which is 250 calories more than I usually burn......I am 64 years old so I will probably not hit the 3500 this week.....but will really try !!!0

I just found this challenge, is it too late to join? It will really push me to work harder, I know it! I burned 417 calories today, so it's doable, and motivating!0

I wanna join! I made it over 1000 today which pleases me greatly it just took 2.5 hours lol. tomorrow I have a 3 mile run and an hour of yoga class...hopfully shooting for another 600! cool challenge0

Well, I got in 516 calories burned today doing insanity and some yoga. Tomorrow will be a bigger burn though because I am adding on a 2.5 mile run in the afternoon. I couldn't do my run tonight because my hubby worked late and I had no sitter! So I should be able to catch up to where I need to be I think by tomorrow!0

I'm checking in with 700 calories burned. W00T! I'm happy seeing as it was a Monday after all and I was exhausted! ) Tomorrow is Zumba and thats where I get the real boost! Ha ha! )

I haven't really watched my burnt calories but my goal is set to 6000 just because I seemed to average around there a couple of months ago.. I had quite hard training for the last month and I'm now taking it easy for this week but I should be able to hit that 3500.
Monday saw 2.5 hours of MA training and about 45 minutes of bicycling in rain to get there and back. I'm loging it as 1464 extra Cals.0 -
Wow everyone is doing great. If you have a higher individual goal don't let the 3500 calories for the week limit you as that is the mininum calories burned for the week and was chosen since equals one pound.
Since there seems to be such a postive response to this challenge I am thinking about making this a weekly challenge that anyone can join at any time or take a week off if they want to also.0 -
