  • Yes there is such a thing as over excersizing, I've done it too. Make sure that you are eating enough to support your workouts OR your workouts will start to burn up your muscle!! Make sure that after your workouts you NEVER have a total calorie deficit of 500-1000 depending on your size. Also 45 minutes of cardio a day is…
  • :noway: That's crazy talk! I use Soy because Whey doesn't sit well on my Tummy. Bonnet is a favorite of mine.
  • Dr.. whooo.. hey dr. who... LOL LOVE THE COSTUME. Ya, I can see a difference. :) good work!
  • People always seem to tell me I've lost weight... After I've gained!  I have no idea how this works.
  • I have the same problem with some of my workouts. So this is what I did. 1st I got really familiar with the way my body felt during the workout in question Then I would run or walk for the same amount of time. Trying to feel the same level of exertion. Then I figure out how many calories I burnt walking and use that for…

  • :explode: So When I go to Kung Fu like a good little black belt I stay for an hour or two. Problem? An hour of Kung fu burns like 600 calories, if I do two Hours I burn 1200... So I eat and eat and eat during the day. Then something Terrible happens.   I end up not going!!!!   But If I DON"T…
  • Terence Yes that is what I am saying. I just wanted to make the distinction about where the fat was comming from, it can prevent absorbtion; it doesn't pull the fat from your body. Probably the best way to prevent fat absorbtion is to not eat it in the first place. On a side note... IF YOU REALLY want to prevent fat…
  • Ok thought of a good way to put this. i don't like her because I don't think she is healthy. Regardless of the pose, I think she looks fat and weak. If this is the answer to Twiggy, I say it's a cop out. And ya it maybe "normal" but it's far from inspirational. Models weather we like it or not like everyone in the public…
  • Be carefull with the BMI... not everyone is built the same. After struggling and working and really getting down on myself I finally found a Dietition who explained to me that with my body structure 185 was a perfact weight for me and not in anyway Overweight. Unfortunatly I found that out after I basically obtained a…

  • I loose that much after my period. LOL.
  • "With the woman in the picture, it's hard to tell if she has muscle tone. The pose she is holding is very relaxed so her definition wouldn't be visible due to a higher body fat percentage. I'm not much bigger than her. I have definition when I flex but in that pose I would look soft. To hold that pose and look defined, you…
  • JoyousMaximus Actually you can have somekind of muscle definition without being a "Body Builder" I just think the MYTH of a Beautiful woman is a weak one is a bit sexist and freaky. Sorry but REAL woman have muscles. Big arms from lifting babies, defined thighs from walking, running, from actually living. Models don't seem…
  • ya you can't spot reduce, but you can work out that area. No reason not to have tone muscles under the fat  The best way to reach those in my experiance is leg lifts. just lift your heals about a foot of the ground and slowly lower them, you should start to feel the burn in that lower ab area right away.
  • Belldandy: Yes eating more fiber will decrease your appitite and give you the fat feeling... which causes weight loss. It is also nessisary and good for you. But in no direct way does fiber "push or clean" fat from your body (boobs, butt, thights, heart..) it only pushes out the fat you havn't absorbed yet. Rip girl Lots…
  • I have thought about it... And I don't like this model. She has exactly the same thing wrong with her that all the other models I've seen have. Sure she might be a bit larger, but the woman doesn't seem to have an OUNCE of muscle on her body! I am really tired of the image of the Physicaly weak woman. fat or thin. Where…
  • This will really warp your mind but your digestive tract isn't considered "inside" your body. Ya ya it's under your skin, but we are more like donuts... then soft balls. :) nutriance needs to pass through the stomach, intestine, digestive wall. The only thing that inters your intestins from your body is water and digestive…
  • wooooo Hold on guys your getting yourselves VERY confused. Let me break this down. 1. Food goes into the stomach, passess throught the colon, the ONLY thing that enters the Colon is water. 2. there are only 2 ways to loose fat. a. Sweat b. Urin How does Fat come out of your urin???!!??!?!?! I've never had greasy pee... LOL…
  • :noway: this goes quite a way to change my perseption of myself. To think, I'm 200+ in size 14 pants and I have a flat stomach. So much for being obese.
  • Very true. Well... it was written by a man. :blushing:
  • Don't Be Kobrie!! Just be honnest with yourself about your work outs. If you are then your still doing GREAT. Remember the more muscle you have the more fat you burn! Besides working out increases your cardio health, your flexability, in increases the amount you sweat and get rid of toxins, it's good for mood stability,…
  • ooohhhh I'm going to have to pick that up! Me and my roomie would use the heck out of it!
  • I have Acai Berry EmergenC. Pretty good. I don't know if it will help much but I like it after a sweaty workout!
  • Oh ya, it's alittle more expensive but they deliver it. :) Ya my guy lives at his place with his roommate and I live at my place with mine, so it's alittle harder for us to diet together, which is why this is nice. We can use it to keep track of each other and help each other stay on the right track. Really, I look at his…

  • Seriously, Good for you! I know for my Guy all it took was for him to be ready. I'm Excited for you!!

I’m working on getting my Gardening skills up to par, maybe next year we’ll be eating from the garden. I also am interested in raising pheasants for fresh eggs. (and meat) :noway: If I…
