Also thanks for the strap idea, should have added that I have to have very thick lenses, they are thinned as much as technology allows but they are still quite heavy which I think is the main part of the problem.

Thanks everyone, surgery is also not an option. I can have contact lenses but incredibly expensive (£90 a month, or for US people $135) as they have to be specially made. I will definitely try the anti fog stuff idea, thank you :)

I did it at 260lbs, was the biggest wuss. Could skate as a kid and figured I would just glide back onto the ice but never let go of the side. I wasn't overly worried as I figured I had more padding if I fell :)

I tried hypnotherapy years ago and honestly made a difference for a little bit. But not sure if that was just the fact I was more aware after the hypnotherapy. Good luck with it.
