I'd like to know this too. I have a movie outing this Sunday and am wondering if I should risk buying their over-priced snacks or risk sneaking in my own. As much as I love popcorn I don't have to worry about falling into temptation though because their popcorn sucks!

I think I read somewhere that peppers help increase metabolism and I love spicy foods, the hotter the better! I always keep black pepper, Cayenne Pepper, and Paprika in the kitchen. I think I only needed to eat one though because they were very filling (I couldn't eat all two and left back a little bit) so I felt full all morning and…

I have that same problem. Plain veggies or fruits never keep me full and I always need some kind of protein with my salad. I don't think drinking water with just a salad helps me either, it only seems to wash it down faster.

Okay thanks, I'll do that from now on. Also, I just got back from the gym and and I think I got some of those carbs and calories back from working out so I seem to be within my limit for today again.

I think this was a 10 for me. I resisted the urge to have an ice-cream bar and the others ordered a pizza but I made my own dinner instead and went for a 30 minute jog.
