A little confused about which nutritional information to use

I tried a recipe I found on a website for oatmeal pancakes after someone suggested they were healthier than the 'just-add-water' variety. I'm not a huge fan of pancakes but I like trying new things and wanted a change from the usual eggs and oatmeal.
The nutritional information for the Flourless Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes I found showed:
Calories - 409
Total fat - 17.19
Cholesterol - 1 mg
Sodium - 417mg
Total Carbs - 57.7g
Protein - 9.8
(The recipe made 4 pancakes but I only ate two)
I made a few alterations to the recipe, completely omitting the salt, coconut oil and vanilla extract and replacing the baking powder and cinnamon with cinnamon flavoured protien powder. I also added raisins because I love them. However, when I entered the recipe by individual ingredients into the MFP My recipeis it calculated a total of:
Calories - 737
Carbs - 162
Fat - 44
Protein - 16
(These are the values estimated for the two I ate)
I'm a little confused and worried now because, according to the MFP calculation I've already exceeded my carb intake for the day. Can anyone clarify this for me?

The protein powder and raisins would up the calories and carbs so it's possible MFP is right. But some of the info in the MFP database is wrong too, so if you want to be really sure, use the info on the packaging of the ingredients you used.0

Okay thanks, I'll do that from now on.
Also, I just got back from the gym and and I think I got some of those carbs and calories back from working out so I seem to be within my limit for today again.0 -
Sparkpeople has a great recipe calculator. I like it best.0

Did it make more servings? You may have needed to adjust the serving size.0

Thanks, I'll try the recipe calculator at sparkpeople and compare notes.
Actually, the recipe made 4 pancakes and since I was making breakfast for us I had half of those. I think I only needed to eat one though because they were very filling (I couldn't eat all two and left back a little bit) so I felt full all morning and I haven't even had lunch yet. I'll adjust the portions next time and probably add more fruit instead.0 -
Ok, so where is this recipe?0
