A little confused about which nutritional information to use

I tried a recipe I found on a website for oatmeal pancakes after someone suggested they were healthier than the 'just-add-water' variety. I'm not a huge fan of pancakes but I like trying new things and wanted a change from the usual eggs and oatmeal.

The nutritional information for the Flourless Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes I found showed:
Calories - 409
Total fat - 17.19
Cholesterol - 1 mg
Sodium - 417mg
Total Carbs - 57.7g
Protein - 9.8

(The recipe made 4 pancakes but I only ate two)

I made a few alterations to the recipe, completely omitting the salt, coconut oil and vanilla extract and replacing the baking powder and cinnamon with cinnamon flavoured protien powder. I also added raisins because I love them. However, when I entered the recipe by individual ingredients into the MFP My recipeis it calculated a total of:

Calories - 737
Carbs - 162
Fat - 44
Protein - 16

(These are the values estimated for the two I ate)

I'm a little confused and worried now because, according to the MFP calculation I've already exceeded my carb intake for the day. Can anyone clarify this for me?
