I eat a high carb, low protein diet. This just works best for me and I find I lose weight more easily on this. I can't find many others who follow a diet like that.

I have chronic SI joint problems. This time last year I was flat on my back hardly able to walk or eat. Terrible pain. I agree with this. "Cheat" days or meals doesn't work well for me. Making new habits works much better.

My own shake: 8 ice cubes frozen fat free Mootopia milk, 1 whole frozen banana, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp light olive oil, 1 packet stevia sweetner, 1/2 cup (unfrozen) fat free Mootopia. Blend, enjoy!
