    Oh I am in !!

    My focus isn't on weight loss anymore though, so I will post my current weights I am lifting and avg time per mile lol only going to post my averages for upper and lower body, too many exercise to type !

    12/1 - upper 20lbs; lower 85 lbs ; 14 min mile

    Goals: lift 3x week, cardio 3x week, dress up for the day (class, errands etc no baggy shirts !!!) size 6 at American eagle !

    Joan- I once really struggled drinking water, I found that if I added a lemon or a lime it really helped. I also invested in a nice nalgene water bottle that holds 32 oz so I didn't feel so guilting buying water bottles at school ($1.50 a bottle got expensive). Now my goal is to drink just 2 bottles a day, seems less daunting than 8 glasses,..all the same but I like to hear two rather than eight lol

    My main goal this month is to get 10,000 steps every day. I was doing really well with it, and then went on holiday and it's never been the same since! I also want to track my food more regularly.

    I'm in. And this is really a tough challenge because there are so many social activities at work, with friends and families. You always start the new year with some extra pounds. So, go ahead! We can make things different this year!

    Count me in! I am restarting MFP....again, and want this to be the time I actually succeed! Could really use some motivation, and this challenge sounds great!
