If it takes 3 hours of cardio a day to get fit I'm throwing in the towel right now... :noway: I don't have the time, energy, motovation, or the want for that...

I wouldn't use nails, glass, or anything that would cause flat tires because chances are some innocent person will run over them as well. AND I defiantly would not confront her in person (AS CRAZY AS PEOPLE ARE THESE DAYS) just don't think that is a good idea or safe for you! Good Luck!!!:smile:

Try eating your oatmeal for breakfast see if that lasts longer that eggs and toast.Take scrambled eggs for your snack.

I bought a BIG bottle from the Dollar store that holds 74oz for $3... It keeps me from drinking diet coke (which I love) Most days I get 1 1/2 bottles. :drinker: Not sure if you like the flavor packs for water but that may help you get through a coupld bottles of water a day.

What # weights did everyone use? If you start low should you get heavier weights as you go? I have 2# and I feel nothing from them. :-/ I have started for a day or two then dont do it :mad: . But I started on L1 again on Monday 1-28 I am going to stick to it this time to FINISH the whole 30 days.. Hopefully I will see…

If I was to start one of the JM 30 shred or ripped in 30 which should I do first? Does/would it really matter? And should I do cardio and one of the DVD's. I am also going to try to do the yoga meltdown a couple times a week.

Do you do a kettle bell dvd? I know they have the Kettle works set not sure how much that is. I took a class a while ago but can't go during the week because of work hours. I loved it too!! :heart: :smile: GREAT JOB BTW!!!

Have you tried doing (girl pushups?) I work out a lot ( I think) and I weigh 154lbs and can not do a (man's pushup).
