Preheat oven to 365
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 egg
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
small handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix all together, drop by Tablespoon on cookie sheet lined with Parchment paper. Bake until centers look a little "underbaked". Remove from over and leave on the cookie sheet until cookies cool (they will finish baking but not get hard).
These are incredible and only have 35 calories per cookie!

I love these ones! (And I'm not a huge pb cookie fan)0

Just wondering how that comes out to 35 cal? When I plug it in the recipe builder, you have to make like 67 for it to be 35 cal. The peanut butter is very high in calories.0

and I didn't add the chocolate chips.0

How many cookies per batch?0

How can these be 35 calories per cookie? At best with the ingredients listed they are 110 calories each. I use a similiar recipe with 1/2 splenda, 1/2 brown sugar, natural peanut butter, and 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips and they are 83 calories each, with the recipe making 24 tspn size cookies.0

I'm hijacking this recept
1 egg
1/2 c quick oats
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp mini choc chips
2 packets stevia in the raw
bake 350 8-10 mins makes about 11 tsp size cookies.
44 cal
4 carbs
3 fat
2 protein
1 fiber
They smell insane while cooking and don't taste bad either! enjoy!0 -

You could probably replace the egg with banana.0 -

Is there a way to make this without eggs?0

This is great...it fits in my five ingredients or less criteria.0

the egg would act as a binding agent so most likely these would not set up without the egg. I don't think a banana would be a good replacement for an egg. Egg whites alone would probably work.
The bad news: There is no way that one tablespoon of this mixture is only 35 calories. It is basically baked peanut butter with added sugar. Just put the teaspoon of peanut butter on some apple slices, or eat it straight from the jar.0 -
