Hang in there and keep going sometimes you hit a plateau but your body will finnaly give in if you stick to your plan.

Thanks guys that all sounds good and I do feel better. I just stepped away from the kitchen and started working on something else so i won't eat:) I never thought of entering it ahead I was just doing it after the fact. Can anyone explain what it means when someone invites you to be a friend? What is that all about?
