    My count is going to slow down dramatically when I take a week off after tomorrow, but if I do what I'm planning to (3 on/1 off beginning 9/26), I'll have 21 workouts this month. I'll make it, but barely! :)

    As I said, light execising today (45 mins walking + more than 30 mins riding my bike outdoors). Not much, but better then sitting in the chair all day :smile: .
