    Thought I'd dig up our original challenge info. This is the last day of the month! :bigsmile:
    The challenge is in the month of September[30 days] we will workout 21 days.
    * We will submit our before and after stats.
    * Check-in every workout that we do
    * Workout must be at least 30 mins long [beachbody videos or other activities are allowed]
    * Last but not least, I know I don't need to mention it but its really important to encourage each other

    Winning criteria is to do max number of workout days (at least 21), and if there is a tie than whoever lost maximum inches/pounds will be declared as "September Challenge Champion".

    Waist : inches
    Hips : inches
    Midway : inches
    Thighs : inches
    Knees : inches
    Calves : inches
    Upper arm: inches

    1. Bust: Don't squish yourself -- measure all the way around your bust and back right at your nipple line, and make sure the tape measure is not lower.

    2. Chest: Measure under your breasts but as high up as you can go, keeping the tape measure parallel to this line when you reach it around your back.

    3. Waist: Measure wherever it is the smallest (if you have "no waist" go around yourself right at the navel line).

    4. Hips: Measure at the very biggest part -- even if that is so low that you are almost on the top of your thighs.

    5. Midway: Measure midway between the very biggest part of your hips and your waist.

    6. Thighs: Measure wherever they are the biggest.

    7. Knees: Measure right above the knee.

    8. Calves: Measure wherever they are the biggest.

    9. Upper arm: Measure wherever they are biggest above your elbows.

    10. Forearms: Measure wherever they are biggest below your elbows.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you! That's the measurement that shows how much I've lost off my belly. I'm so glad I tracked that one, because the waist and hip measurements totally miss that area and don't tell the whole story.

    This makes me feel like what I'm doing really is the right thing and is making a difference in my health and fitness, which really is what it's all about. :love:

    I re-did my measurements from the 3rd of Sept. (I took my own cause I didn't have Lisa's helpful guide with me). I may redo my measurements tomorrow (especially my waist) cause I had soda with dinner and it bloats me out of control now that I don't drink it (a lot) anymore!

    neck - no change
    Breast - down .75
    Chest - down .5
    Top arm - no change
    Forearm - no change
    Waist - down .5 (I'm pretty sure due to soda bloat)
    Hip - down 2 inches!!:love:
    Butt - down 1 inch
    Thigh & calf - no change (not surprised cause I lost a lot in the first few months already)
