I take spin class at 24 hour fitness, and I don' think I will ever run a treadmill ever again.. I never had a cardio workout like this before and I am already down 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I would suggest keeping to it. I have a friend who lost 22 lbs in 9 months just doing spin classes and now she is starting to get into body…

So I totally got home late and watched jersey shore.. ended up falling asleep on the sofa so pretty much what I am trying to say is that I didnt get to do day 4........... should I start over????

Am I the only one who feels like I am dying?!?! LOL I am soooo sore today but yesterday even though I was sore I pushed thru the 2nd day and I felt so much better, so I hope tonight I get the same effect... I will post in the morning how it went bc I will get thru it! LOL :glasses:

Day 2 Level 1 - completed last night :) Looking forward to day 3 (tonight's workout) I am very sore, I might have to do the modified versions tonight LOL Although day 2 was easier than day 1 LOL

Never heard this but doesn't sound too shabby!!!!! I am addicted to coffee and must have it every morning but I pick it up on the way in to work so I will definitely make sure I make a stop at the supermarket this evening for some oranges... Thanks!!!!!

totally hear you on that one, I was skinny till I moved out too... I have the opposite of the initial problem in this post, I generally throw out food even if it is enough for leftovers bc I know it goes to waste in my house.. my husband is not a fan of eating the same things twice in a row so even if we did put food away…
