This. And don't marry him. I'm sorry, but unless he would submit to some serious communication and counseling that would maybe open his eyes to see what real love and support is in a marriage, NO.

According to the Scooby BMR/TDEE calculator, you should be eating around 1500 calories to lose 20%. You need to eat more, and eat better.

Ohhh, I love the "better lover than a stronger fighter." Great words.

Everything at Chili's. I used to eat there ALL THE TIME. Nothing good, seriously.

Have you ever calculated your BMR/TDEE? When I first started, I ate 1200 calories for the first month to kick start losing weight, but then decided I would slowly up it every few weeks so that I could reach a sustainable LIFETIME goal. I went from 140 to 120 in six months, and have been eating around 1500-1600 calories…

Buy some small Hershey's dark chocolate and have one once in a while. Or I have Weight Watchers desserts if I'm really craving.

I think the word "normal" was maybe used in place of something like healthy. It is healthy to have curves or to have a little meat on your bones. She was pointing out that being underweight, with your ribs showing, it not healthy. I agree.

I'm 5'2 and my goal is 120 :)

How in the world do you burn that many calories?!
-
I'm the same way! I'm 5'2 and I've lost 18 lbs. Only need 3 lbs to get to my goal!
-
I have English muffin pizzas on my recipes for just this reason! I make three for myself and it's between 300-400 calories depending on how much sauce/cheese I use :)

I am 5'2 and currently 124 lbs. I started at 140.6 with a goal of getting down to 125. In the beginning to fit into my work pants, I ate 1300 calories and it was definitely hard the first couple of weeks. Once I started getting into a workout routine (I work out daily) and saw a few lbs drop off, I increased to 1400 then…

I actually know someone who suffered a foot injury and had to stop working out for some time, and she saw weight loss during that time, too. I honestly think that sometimes I tend to overdo cardio--I work out 6-7 days a week and do cardio every time. I think that when we shrink back a little bit, our bodies recover me and…

You're supposed to measure your waist where it bends at the smallest point :)

YES! This happened to me ONCE and I was ecstatic that I had it exactly... but it wouldn't tell me "under" and it was red! Boo!

I can't see the pictures!! Either way, congratulations :)

That is UNBELIEVABLE! You look fantastic and you're so young--lots of life ahead of you!!

Hey there! I love that you made your goal to hit your pre-baby weight by the time your son takes his first steps---two things to celebrate! I have kind of an interesting story. Before I got pregnant, I was about 130 lbs. I wasn't happy at that weight because I'm really short and I wasn't comfortable, but nevertheless, it's…

Maybe it's that way for a lot of people, but I was 140.6 lbs when I started MFP. I'm now 124.8 and still wearing my 34DD bras. So... it's not necessarily true that the boobs are the first to go.
